The Telemetryk BioSensor patch form factor is inconspicuous, weighing about the weight of two nickels while allowing for multiple placement positions for patient comfort. It can be used practically everywhere as the patch is water resistant, allowing bathing and normal activities.

In the event one leaves the Bluetooth range of the tablet collecting the data, the patch still monitors and stores the data. When within range again, the stored data is then uploaded back to the cloud.
